This weekend I spent some time with Dr. Michelle H This weekend I spent some time with Dr. Michelle Hamilton who is a Lunar Acupuncturist. She practices taking into account the lunar aspects of the moon. Fascinating work! When we don't speak our truth or speak up for ours When we don't speak our truth or speak up for ourselves the energy builds in our throat area. Today treating a patient the energy in her throat was so pronounced I stopped and asked her if she had trouble speaking her truth or asking for help. The answer was a resounding Yes! She has also had thyroid problems - she's only 28! Not speaking your truth can actually hurt you physically as well as emotionally.
